Sarah Bragg is an experienced Health and Fitness professional. She has been teaching fitness classes in the community for 25 years. As a mother of two children she understands the demands that are put on working families and is passionate about helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

 Sarah teaches exercise classes to people of all ages and all levels of fitness within the LE7  area, from participants in their 8o’s who are exercising to remain strong and healthy and live independent lives, to fitness enthusiasts who want to be helped and encouraged in a friendly way to meet their goals.

She has always enjoyed sport and activity from a very early age, competing as a teenager at Netball and Athletics.

With a love of food, cooking, nutrition, people and exercise she has managed to combine her passions with a successful career within the Health and Fitness Industry.

I can help you whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced exerciser.

My classes are based on the latest research, latest trends and are delivered professionally to help and encourage participants to love exercise and make it part of their every day life.

What is Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates is a modern, research based group fitness class created for the apparently healthy adult. It is neither remedial, clinical nor is it designed for rehabilitation. Fitness Pilates utilises all of the principals and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional Pilates, but offers modifications, diversifications and updated exercise prescription to provide a controlled body conditioning program appropriate for everyone.
